Now I use several blogs to give students access to social science and common career perspectives and at the same time train my sociological and professional Career Services AI agents. In dialogue with AI, I learn to constantly remind myself: I am talking to a machine—and I need human feedback. That’s why feedback is expressly welcome.
Life hack: I have a classic analog egg timer next to me. It is set to 60 minutes. When the alarm rings, I take a break from AI so that I never work with it for more than an hour at a time. Then it’s time to go outside with my Labrador, Buddy.
